The delivering process. I was told that my package was delivered at 1:18pm and when I didn't see it at my front door, nor did I see anyone on my ring camera, I instantly contacted Walmart's Customer Service. Instead of trying to help me, I was told to go to my neighbors house to see if my package was delivered there. I didn't get much help with the process. When I go to Amazon about my package not being delivered, they instantly give me a refund. I didn't like dealing with your customer service. At 3pm my package was delivered by the Post Office.
The bike does look nice. However that is about it. The battery never seems to fully charge and even after 12 hours charging it barely crawls forward and dies very quickly. Just a cheap neat looking shell of a motorcycle
