My Heating Pad- Adjustable Lumbar & Abdomen Heat Therapy Pack - Back Pain Relief (Blue)

I suffer from terrible menstrual cramps and have found that heat is the only thing that helps them. Before I purchased this I was using one of the heating packs that you have to plug in and then I wasn't able to do anything other than sit there because of the power cord. With this I can put it on and continue doing the things I need to be able to do, with two young kids this is a godsend...I can continue using this as well as running after them or playing outside. I love that the strap you use to put this around your back or belly is elastic so it fits pretty much anyone. It fit around me and I'm a size 16, my husband is a stick and wears about a size 30 or 32 waist in pants and it fits around him very well too. Heating instructions are super easy....pop it in the microwave and check it about every 30 seconds and within about 1.5-2 minutes you are ready to go! If you suffer from back pain or menstrual cramps this heat pack is for you! Just buy it, you won't regret it!!!!

The perfect solution for being able to use a heating pad without being confined to a chair. The stitching also keeps the rice inside in place so it doesn't get lumpy or all fall to one side. Very comfortable too. I use it several times a day, sometimes forgetting I have it on! Never had an issue with it coming loose. Highly recommend.

I recently ordered this heating pad for my back as I have a lot of sciatica and other back pain unfortunately. I thought this was pretty cool as I could tie it around my back and still sit comfortably as my work desk. Well, I was right. Not only could I sit comfortably, but it made my back feel so much better! I use it when I get a sore back or menstrual cramps! It is very convenient as you can just tie it around your waist and still move around unlike the old plug in type of heating pad. You can also put essential oils on this pad for a more relaxing experience. I think this is the new age of heating pads & I am so glad that I found this!

I ordered this lumbar/abdomen hear pack because I have a lot of low back pain and sciatica pain. I was told to do 20 mins cold therapy and 20 min heat therapy by my doctor for my back pain which is almost impossible to do with a toddler running around. This is the perfect solution for me. I can keep it in the freezer and when I need it I just take it out and strap it on using the adjustable strap and I am able to still play with my daughter. When I need heat just pop it in microwave for 3 minutes and it ready. I keep mine in freezer for storage so it is always ready for cold therapy since it can immediately be put into microwave from freezer this way it is always ready. I absoulty love this. I recommend getting this if you suffer from low back pain or menstrual pain you will not regret it.

This Lumbar and Abdomen heating pack is perfect for strains, pulled muscles or even just to relax. Super easy to use. Just place in microwave and then apply to effected area. Use the chart that is included for how long to heat for. This pack can also be placed int eh freezer for an ice pack. It states to freeze in a ziplock bag. Wipe with a damp towel to clean. This pack has an adjustable velcro strap on the back. It measures 23.25"L X 5"W and that is without the strap. The strap measures 23.25" X 2"W and any part of the strap will connect to the velcro. Highly recommend.

This heating pad is a winner! My daughter loved it during her menses. Her cramps were almost non existent.

My lower back seems to hurt quite a bit. When I'm bending a lot or cleaning my lower back will give me problems. I think it might have to do with receiving 2 epidurals during child birth. This heating pad really helps loosen the muscles and soothes the aches. Sometimes I have horrible cramps when it's that time of the month. This pad will even help with that. It's multifunctional, which is a huge plus for me. I love that you can use this pad for not only heat therapy, but also cold therapy. If you have a sprain or a little one gets hurt you can use it as a cold pad for the ouchies. I received this item as a sample for testing purposes.
