Seems like my husband and I are always needing to put ice or heat on some part of our body. We have one electric heating pad and one ice bag. The ice isn't the problem. It's the heating pad. With an electric one you have to be sitting near a plug and are sort of hemmed in. With this wonderful pack you just heat it in the microwave and sit wherever you want. There is a chart that tells you how long it should heat up depending on what part of your body you need it for. For icing you leave it in the freezer for two hours. It works great. In fact it was bit too hot and too cold at first. But it sure works on those aches and pains. You can also use aromatherapy oil on it by first rubbing it on your hand and then on the fleece side. I will store mine in the freezer since it says that will preserve it longer. The insides are rice and you do get a rice aroma when you heat it up. It comes with a one year guarantee. I love it. Now no more fighting over the heating pad!!

I love these types of ice packs, I have a few in different sizes. I love the size of this one because it's smaller than my others and is perfect for when my toddler gets a scrape or bruise and it isn't to cold like with a traditional ice pack. This is really well made and comes with instructions to for use and storage. I love that I can keep it in the freezer for cold therapy but if I need heat I just take it out and immediately in microwave with damaging the therapy pack. Keeping in freezer also preserves the filling so.it will last longer. Another great benefit is I can add my essential oils to this for aroma therapy while I'm using it.

I love the size of this hot/cold bag, for targeting smaller areas, especially for my neck. It is heavy, but not too heavy and not too big to bring along with me in my tote bag or travel bag. I have enjoyed taking this bag along with us on a road trip, in the cooler next to ice packs, ready to use on a back or neck strain or a headache. With long-term damage from a whiplash injury, sometimes it becomes important to treat a painful neck during a road trip. The fleecy side is especially comfortable against your skin! It feels like it is well made, and it serves well, so I do recommend it.

This heating pad is very convenient to have. The nice thing about this is that it can be hot or cold. For cold just simply put in the freezer for awhile and for hot just put it in the microwave. I suffer from bad headaches and this helps so much with that. It also stays cold or hot for a good amount of time. This is also energy efficient because it does not need to be plugged in to use of course. It is very good in size and so basically where ever I need this it stays put. This can be used with essential oils to if wanted for even more relief. For example I put a couple drops of lavender essential oil directly on it. So overall yes this is very much worth getting for much needed relief.

Received and have been using. Doesn't stay hot very long! instructions says to microwave no more then a minute in a half or you could damage the product and then goes to semi warm quickly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't buy again. Scent is nice thou
