I like this product and it works well, but you have to keep reheating it in the microwave

I write honest reviews. I love the moist heat, heating pads these days are made so safe they are of no use. I carefully watched the time in the microwave, turning it over to heat equally. I found the perfect heat, and YES, ahhh, got wonderful relief from my painful arthritic shoulder and neck pain.

Amazing! It feels awesome on my neck and back when heated. Heat stays for a long time. My only complaint is the smell...not unpleasant but it would help if they added lavender

Got this for my 88 year old mother who absolutely loves the heat and coverage for neck and shoulder pain. Only problem is she has difficulty raising it and placing it because of the weight. Well made.

Needs a velcro, or something closure. Keeps sliding off when I move

It lays nicely on the shoulders and neck but I wish it heated up more than it does.

I would have liked to return this item but due to the fact that I had back surgery
