The handles make it so easy to reposition on my shoulders and back, and the weight of the rice bag seems to make the treatment more effective on sore muscles! The fabrics used are a nice quality. My opinion is, adding an essential oil turns this into a spa-like experience! I am using it again today on sore muscles, for wonderful relief!

Absolutely love it. Easy to use also. By far best investment way better than the electric heating pad.

The heat pack is a really great multi purpose heat pad. I can use it on .y neck, back, shoulders , or even on abdomen . It is easy to heat it up in the microwave or keep it old in the freezer. Being made of rice makes it a great weight . I like that one side is really soft. The handles make it easy to move it an adjust it. I think this is a product everyone should have in their home.

The heating pad is awesome, you can heat it up or put it in the freezer. You can also put oils on it to help for pain!! The heating pad works for any part of your body, I use it on my back and neck or stomach. I love that it can be cold or hot heating pad, it's worth the money!!

I got the purple and it is a great shade of purple and has a nice aroma to it. This hot cold pad is fantastic! I haven't used it for heat yet but I have used it cold and it works great for relieving horrible migraines. It works great to lay your forehead on. It it's seems to be well made and of a great weight. I couldn't be anymore happier with it. I would recommend it to anyone who said they were looking for something like this.

I am 27 weeks pregnant and bought this for back pain. It is long enough to be used comfortably and thick enough to where it doesn't go flat. It has handled that makes it useful for the neck and keeps hest along with cold better than I honestly though it would. It seems to stay cold for up to a couple hours! I would definitely buy this again and recommend to my friends. The only down side is it's a little bulky for my microwave.
