Good looking but smaller than expected
The bracers seem good quality. They look fairly close to how they should look in the animate. However, they are smaller than expected.

Excellent
They're definitely sized for kids or very small adults. Luckily, I have very skinny hands. they're a little loose on my wrists, but that's fine with me. They're made of foam, paint looks great, structure is accurate to what's shown in the manga/show. I'm very pleased with them and excited to add them to my collection. absolutely suited to use in a cosplay!

If it's on sale…
If it's on sale it's 100% worth the buy. The gauntlets are foam, stiff but squishy enough they're not uncomfortable. They are made for tiny arms which is slightly disappointing as my kiddos have thicker arms even being small sized for their ages. Definitely not worth the retail price imo but if you catch them on sale, like I did for roughly $5, it's totally worth it!
