My Neighbor Totoro (Full Screen Edition)

Disc came scratched and when watching the movie we had several skips and pauses. So hard to find this dub of the movie so it's hard to return it but product is just crap :(

I ordered 2 copies of this dvd %26 one of the two were scratched, as shown in the photo. I really hoped it was a smudge, but the disc is damaged, because they were sent in a pouch, instead of a box, which offers no protection. Discs are extremely fragile %26 once they're scratched, they won't play. I returned this same exact item on Amazon for the same exact reason %26 when I reached out to MEDIA MANIA about returning the damaged one %26 getting a replacement, I got this concerning email. Apparently, they're the same person, using different names on different platforms, sharing customer information %26 attacking / name calling via email. I was completely shocked. If a customer pays for a new item %26 gets a damaged one, they're going to want it replaced. That's pretty normal %26 I'd hardly call that a con artist.. I'll be returning, getting my money back %26 never buying from either again. Unbelievable.

The dvd I received was home made. Very cheaply made and the disc had stains. Item is bootleg/copy. Do not recommend buying from this seller.
