My Sweet Love, Magic Baby Food Play Set, Doll Playsets for Children Ages 3+

My little ones loved this! They thought the "magic" spoon was so neat. It's a great price point and the perfect toy to add to your little ones baby collection for play!

In the early 90s I had a baby doll that wouldneat food like this. I wanted to have my girls experience the same. I already have way to many dolls just wanted the pretend food and this worked perfectly. My 2 and 4 year old loved playing pretend with these toys.

I used to have a cherries spoon with I was little and I loved playing with the retracting food over and over. My daughter likewise loves the peas and carrots spoon from this set! The other items are fun and simi functional, (the noodles are kinda silly cause they don't detach from the plate, the apple and strawberries are cute but get lost pretty quick) but really I think the value is literally the spoon haha! If you got rid of everything else, the spoon would still be super fun! (You can operate the retracting food on the back of the spoon so you don't even have to use the plate to make it appear again, not as realistic as dipping it in the food on the plate and then feeding the baby, but she has just as much fun with it. Also my daughter is 2 so maybe the plate will be more alluring when she can figure out how to operate it herself like she has with the back of the spoon) live it, and definitely hits the nostalgia spot for me!

So the first thing I thought of when I saw this was, oh the nostalgia! It reminds me of the ones that used to run on commercial when I was a kid! We also have the magic bottles ,babys, and play pen. Needless to say my daughter is a fan of all of it because of the unique realistic features. My only wishes are that the two small fruits in the corner would be lovely with magnets to keep them securely attached to the plate. In general I think it would be cool if magnets made the food drop and cheese string so it could be brought all the way out. But I see her enjoying it just the way it is, and they have really great priced products so I'm satisfied too!

there's a section of food that has 3 little holes to insert the fork (3prongs) to make it look like you're getting the food but the fork prongs do not fit in the holes.

I thought this product was a little expensive for what you got. If it was ever on sale I would get it. I just remember having the spoon as a kid so I got it as a gift

My daughter had a hard time with the Mac n cheese pull and she asked if I could help and I was having a little bit of trouble myself . I feel like that could have been designed a bit more different so that it is easier for children. Other than that my daughter loves it.

It's a little difficult pulling the spoon from the plate. The Mac and cheese pull piece broke the first day. The small apple and strawberry are easy to lose.

What a piece of crap. The fork doesn't even fit into the noodle part or apple/strawberry. Can't wait to return this item. Only thing that works is the spoon barely.

This set looked like so much fun, even my older daughter was excited to play with her little sister! But we quickly realized that the fruit in the play set is smaller than a quarter, which is very dangerous. The current recommendation for 3 year olds is to not let them play with anything that is less than 1.25 inches that they could choke on. Let alone a good play set that encourages them to get the play food on a play fork and actually pretend to eat it and possibly put it in Their mouth. This set was actually fun, but I had to take away the choking hazard fruit pieces. That left the Mac and cheese string pull and disappearing peas and carrots. The included silverware has to be used, so if you lose a spoon or fork, the effects will not work. The included spoon is very inconsistent, which proved frustrating for my daughter who couldn't get the pretend peas and carrots to stay on her spoon. Even if it didn't contain choking hazards, I still wouldn't recommend this toy.
