My Texas House Blake Outdoor Area Rug 5' x 7'

The 5x7 rug arrived earlier than expected. It was packaged in a box but unfolded easily and laid flat in the sun with no effort. The color and pattern is a nice complement to the coastal blue and floral patterns on the sofa. It is on my back patio open to the elements so we will see how it holds up. So far I'd say it was a good purchase.

Love this rug, feels more like softness of indoor rug but stands up to being rained on then drying out. Great neutral anchor piece for our new deck and seating (Ezra from BHG)

LOVE the colors! The quality and feel of this rug is so nice.

As other reviews states, this rug came very wrinkled. I have it on a covered porch, so I'm not sure if the rain and sun would help - might have to lay it in the yard next rainstorm! But, overall I'm happy as I got it for less than $100 and it gave me the look I wanted.

The packaging was a poor choice on this product. Boxed, folded, loaded with creases. The pattern's loops are already snagging and I only just laid it down Tuesday (two days ago). It's meant to be an outdoor rug, however my pack of weiner dogs would tear through it in moments when they hurdle themselves out the back door like a pack of banshees. So I used it in our living room where it gets a calmer amount of traffic. I also have the same rug in a 3x4 in my kitchen I guess because it came rolled it's holding up much better and that's been down for a week now, in a much higher traffic area. No snags or pulls. Just the big rug that still won't lay flat. I've put furniture, dog beds, books and free weights on the deep creases hoping to help smooth it out. Aside from that, the colors are nice, sad this rug had much more potential. I only bought it when I saw it had the discounted $40 off.

Love the light tan and off white colors and the plaid design. It’s perfect for my screened porch, except that it came all folded up in a box instead of rolled up, so it’s lumpy and bumpy. It’s been a couple of weeks and the rug still doesn’t lay even close to flat. Considering returning for that reason alone.

I like the rug’s appearance. The problem is how it’s packaged. It comes folded in a box. The folds and bumps created won’t lay flat. I have tried using hairdryer, laying books on top. It’s Been two days still creased and lumpy. I reached out to my Texas home for advice but no feedback.

I loved the look of this rug, but it snagged within one day of use from our dog (with trimmed nails).
