My Texas House Flynn Boucle Platform Bed, King, Cream

Pretty but the footboard came damaged and was missing 2 boxes of parts including the headboard legs. So hard to box back up to return for a replacement

This products is currently sitting 95% assembled in my bedroom because I am missing the flat support slates for the bed. I saw the reviews mentioning this but thought that maybe it was only a few boxes by mistake. That was MY MISTAKE. This has been an extremely difficult process to figure out how to get the missing parts and no one seems to know how. Walmart tells you to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer tells you to contact Walmart and the brand associated with the bed does not respond. I am extremely disappointed because the bed does seem to be pretty good quality. Buyer BEWARE

It was missing parts (the support beams for your mattress; I have attempted multiple times to contact the seller to try and return it. only stating they are going to refund me half of what I paid for it. Unable to print out the shipping labels provided, and they originally told me they would have someone pick it up then stated I needed to drop it off. Customer services is horrible.

Delayed multiple times, when it finally arrived it was extremely damaged, customer service was an absolute nightmare, they promised they would send a replacement, it's been over a month long, still nothing! No one does anything to make it right, they just lie to you saying they will ship the item and never do. They take your money and scam you out of the product. Terrible. Awful experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

It deserves zero stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering this. No directions or all of the pieces came and for the “replacement”, it was just the headboard and then no one wants to help and hung up on me.

The bed came with missing pieces we got a replacement but the replacement was also missing pieces - do not recommend

So so sad it didn't come in a complete package and they did not send a replacement. I should have read the reviews. Still trying to get it returned.

DO NOT ORDER!! You will get only one part of the bed and Walmart will tell you they can't do anything to get the other part of your bed. Also the manufacturer doesn't reach out either! I have called 6 times to get box 1

Waited two weeks for my order to arrive almost $100 for freight shipping. Only to receive 2 of “box 2 of 2” when calling customer support to get the correct box they scheduled pickup of the duplicate and told me the “box 1 of 2” would ship as soon as they picked it up. Waited two weeks and nothing contacted again and kept getting the run around and finally my order ended up being cancelled because the “box 1 of 2” is out of stock (but somehow “box 2 of 2” is in stock). Finally just returned the whole thing it's not worth the hassle no matter how beautiful it is.
