My Texas House Grove Trestle Dining Table, Warm Brown

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and solid this dining table is. It was fairly easy to assemble, it only took my husband and I about 30 minutes. This table is definitely comparable to higher end tables of the same style. I saw very similar tables around the $1000 price point! Would definitely recommend this table… If you are on the fence, do not hesitate!

This table is absolutely gorgeous. The price is unbeatable. My daughter and I put it together in 20 minutes. It is so sturdy. It looks like a premier piece of furniture. I wanted the table for 2 years and finally ordered it for myself and I am so glad I did.

The pedestal base is stunning. It's solid wood and the detail is incredible. But the top…the top looks like a door with cheap veneer. So disappointing. Every corner has chipped or lifting veneer. The top really doesn't even look like it matches the base. I'm considering having a top made that will match the base better (and be better quality). The base is worth the price of the whole table, but it would have been nice if both pieces were the same quality.

I like the overall tale but came splitting in half. Wrote manufacturer and they could not replace top so I had to send it back to Walmart. Beware of this part- you have to physically get the table to FedEx as pickup was not an option. HUGE pain!

Arrived broken. Instructions say to contact the mfg before trying to return it. I emailed the mfg two days ago with no response yet. Not sure how to even return this huge heavy thing

If I could leave zero stars I would. Unfortunately this table was damaged when we recieved it. We were advised to send back the damaged box which was box 1 and they would send us a replacement. I have proof that box 1 was sent back to the sender. Walmart is now stating we never sent box 1 back and that the table has been discontinued. So now I no longer have a dining table and they are not refunding me. Be careful buying anything from My Texas House. Walmart has not been of any assistance and I have tried reaching out to the seller as well and she has not even bothered to respond. Very discouraged.

VERY unsatisfied with this item and the delivery process. When I received my order the tabletop was extremely damaged. I thought it would be no big deal to get fixed, so I sent it back waited a month for a replacement and it was another set of legs. Sent those back and it's been another month of no answers and nothing being sent to me. Now the replacement order has been cancelled completely, and I was told I had to return the table legs or I would be recharged again! They told me I would need to return everything for a refund and to just reorder it but it is now out of stock after 3 months of fighting back and forth with Walmart for the replacement. They've not been much help, and now I don't have the table that I really wanted and my refund hasn't been issued yet. Table is beautiful and I wish I had it, but please be cautious with this purchase. 😕

Wanted to love this table so bad as it was exactly what I was looking for modern chic. Unfortunately when my package arrived my box was damaged from poor delivery %26 not careful what so ever. Base of the table was perfect but the table top was split bad %26 needed to be replaced. I was told it was on back order and would take 2-4 weeks but would try to put a two day rush once shipped. After waiting 2 weeks for replacement order was cancelled due to unavailable/out of stock. So now I'm stuck with a base for a table that I have no use for %26 have to toss. Learned my lesson just buy big furniture pieces from real furniture stores. Thank you

This table is AWFUL. Let me just start with saying - our first table came damaged through the box, so I thought it would be an easy return. Wrong. After trying MULTIPLE fed-ex locations (you can't return straight to walmart), I was told the table was “too big” for all of the locations to return, and we also couldn't schedule a pick up at our home because it was too large. The ONLY reason we were able to return it was because a very nice Fed-Ex truck driver offered to take it for us. Flash forward, we received the new table and the edges were already scuffed up. We have had it for less than 3 weeks and it has scratches all over the table top %26 the edges are worn. There's no way I'm going through the trouble of returning it again, so it's really just money lost at this point.

NOT solid wood. The description specifically says that the top is made from solid rubber wood. It is not. The item arrived damaged and is clearly a veneer. The base is beautiful and solid wood, but functionally doesn't work well because of how large the base is. You cannot sit anywhere at the table without hitting your knees/feet on something. Not comfortable at all. Change the description to accurately represent the product. My biggest grievance however is the impossible task of getting this table returned. After a month of back and forth calls to Walmart and empty promises of freight pick up and too many hours and days of my time sitting around waiting for someone to show up to pick up the table without anyone ever showing up, I was told the only way to resolve the problem would be to call my bank and make a claim against Walmart for failing to pick up the item to be returned and failing to return my money. Don't waste your time on this! It has been a nightmare.
