Ordered two 12 x 12 pillow inserts and received four 11 x 11 inserts instead. I used them but the fit would have been better if the inserts were actually 12 x 12 as advertised. So, if you actually need 12 x 12, this would be a no.

They were compressed so had to return. Not as full as preformed pillow

Not very happy
The pillows arrived in a vacuum sealed package. Upon opening (I opened only one of the two), the pillow would not inflate to a usable condition. It remains flimsy and unusable. I will return these pillows.
