I HAVE ASMA AS I GET OLDER IT SEEM TO GET WORSE SO I EXERSE AT LITTLE TO HELP MY LOUNGS, I ALLSO LIVE IN A AREA WITH POOR AIR QUALITY SO I TAKE SOME SUPLMENY BUT THIS HAS ALL OF WHAT IAM TAKING PLUSE A FEW I HAVE NOT TRYED WITH ANY HEARBS IT TAKES TIME TO SEE RESULTS

I've had a cough for about 3 months, the Dr. said I had fluid on my lungs. After about 2 weeks of taking the MyHerba lung support I noticed I wasn't coughing as much. I'm going into my forth week and my cough is almost gone. I don't know if the product helped or it was a coincidence, I guess we can never be sure, but I feel better either way. I'm going to have surgery in a couple weeks so I have to stop all supplements and hope the cough doesn't come back, if it does I'll take the My Herba Lung Support again.

So far so good this product seems to do as advertised by helping ease my breathing and make me feel more relaxed when I breathe. I can't wait to see the long-term effects so I will stick with this and update accordingly. I highly recommend this product

I received this product hoping it would help with my lung function. I have been having intermittent chest pain not caused by any cardiac issues but bronchitis. Its been extremely hard to get over. I cough alot and have pain in the area over my lungs. My husband and I both started using this product and we seriously believe its helping. Our cough is much better, no lung pain whatsoever and we just seem to feel better overall. My husband was very skeptical but after a few weeks he thought it helped. We have decided to just continue taking it on a daily basis from now on. It has Marshmallow Root Powder, Organic Irish Sea Moss, Chlorella, Ginkgo biloba Leaf Powder and Pau D'arco Leaf Powder listed as ingredients. Its a larger capsule but very easy to swallow. No aftertaste whatsoever. If u are looking for a good lung support supplement I would definitely try this.

I received product free for a honest review, I am fairly certain that this product would have to be taken longer in order to see major results. But it did seem to help my coughing from allergies. They seemed a bit more productive. Which is great the caps are easy to swallow and don’t smell as some supplements do. I would buy the product if I saw it in the store or online. I would feel safe recommending this product to a friend! And I’d suggest that they would take it for longer period of time.

Herba lung support contains 50 capsules with the recommended dosage of one capsule per day with food. They are easy to swallow and haven't given me any negative side effects that I know of. Each capsule contains 200 mg marshmallow root powder, 100mg organic golden Irish sea moss, 100mg chlorella and 100mg ginkgo biloba leaf powder.

Some good herbs for your health: Irish sea moss for digestion and thyroid health, chlorella which is full of anti-oxidants and vitamin C, ginko biloba for good circulation and pao d'arco for anti-inflammation and to help arthritis. Just one capsule per day is recommended. It is easy to swallow. Watch out for possible laxative action.

My Herba Lung Support capsules are made from several ingredients I had never heard of. Irish Moss, marshmallow root, and Chlorella plus Gnko Biloba all have purported health benefits easily found with an internet search. Most every bodily process is claimed to be helped including detoxing from chemotherapy and helping with weight loss. This bottle is described as Lung Support, and I suppose you can add that to the list of benefits. I found the capsules rather large and a bit difficult to swallow. However, they did not taste or smell which made them a biteasier to swallow. I have only been using the pills for about a week, and I have yet to see any particular benefit. However, with 50 pills in the bottle, that gives me about 7 weeks total to evaluate.

Reviewing: Lung Support Dietary Supplement, 50 Count I have been using the lung support supplement every day for a week and it may be that this is too short a timespan to notice significant change to my condition, but so far it has not affected me in either a positive or negative way. I am moderately fit and walk 1.2 hours a day (approximately 3 miles each day) so I did not have a pre-existing condition where my ability to breathe is compromised. Far from it, I generally get the oxygen I need–however I am mindful that even as a vaccinated person I could contract a respiratory illness that might impact that ability and at my age I feel that I need to avail myself of whatever products can help me breathe regularly. What I know of this product is that it mostly has plant-based ingredients and a capsule held close to your nose gives off a noticeably herbaceous smell that reminds me of cut grass. The instructions say to take it once a day with a meal and not to exceed that daily amount. So far, I’ve taken it at lunch time, occasionally at dinner when I forget to take it at lunch. I’ve not experienced any stomach upset in doing so. I can also report that I’ve not had any negative effects. If there are to be any long-term benefits from taking lung support, it will likely manifest during a time when I experience an illness that impacts my breathing. I am willing to keep taking it for a few more weeks to see if I begin noticing any improvement to my ability to breathe fully, but I don’t generally have a good baseline to really measure its efficacy. The only useful thing I can offer to fellow shoppers is to do your own research by reading material from established and trusted sources on supplements and asking your doctor about any new supplement you might be thinking of taking.

I wanted to finish this product before reviewing so i would have the full effects of it first rather than basing it on a week or so. After finishing the bottle I can say i noticed absolutely no difference between taking it or not taking it. Whether or not it helped with anything internally I cannot say but as far as I can tell it did not do a thing.
