The Herba Lung Support Capsules are beneficial in helping with lung health. I am an ex-smoker and have a some problem breathing at times. I began taking one capsule a day with a meal as suggested and I've noticed improvement in breathing and able to walk a bit farther than previously. The Herba Lung Support: 1. This Lung Support Dietary Supplement is very palatable, and has the daily dosage of one (1) clearly stated on the instructions. However, I am unaware of studies on the remainder ingredients which might help support lung function. I must disclose, though, that I have never had a lung dysfunction allowing me to compare before and after taking the supplement. I had no negative consequences from taking the supplement for over a week; consequently my alertness seemed to have improved along with digestive function. The package arrived nicely wrapped and very secure. i smoke but plan to quit so this is gonna be helpful to clean out my lungs. I got these and glad i did i can feel my lungs breaking up the build up and i was expelling a lot of junk.- I feel a lot better i can breathe betrer. I wanted to finish this product before reviewing so i would have the full effects of it first rather than basing it on a week or so. After finishing the bottle I can say i noticed absolutely no difference between taking it or not taking it. Whether or not it helped with anything internally I cannot say but as far as I can tell it did not do a thing.
