It has nice packaging and a decent amount for the price. It is not unpleasant to take. Since I started using this, my cycle stopped being spotty like it has been the last few months.

I started taking this supplement 6 months ago after over a year of increasingly heavy and painful periods due to endometriosis. This supplement has completely changed my life. Within a month of taking my periods regulated to a normal flow and no more period pain or cramping at all. I thought it was too good to be true but still 6 months later life is so much better. I used to fear my period every month but now I can live my life pain free!

I have bought this many times and have loved it. I have PMOS (pCOS) so weight loss and irregular periods are very much a thing. After finding this I was able to start my weight loss journey and it reset my cycle. Both very positive things in my life. No need to mix with water, I just take a scoop and go. No flavoring is a hit for me a well, but I will say it has a tart but pleasant taste with it, if that makes sense. I don't promote things that I don't like but I've recommended this to many people who were in my same boat.

Let me start with this, I have PCOS and have wanted to get my hormones to a better place of normal. I bought 2 bottles of this months ago. When I first started taking it, I only took half the recommended dose so it could get into my system. The first week I kept getting headaches, but they stopped. I was feeling great. Then at some point I quit taking them, just because I would get distracted and forget. Recently I started taking them again, but at the recommended dose this time. I have not had any headaches this time, and I'm feeling great. My husband has even commented on me having a better, more stable, and all around happier mood since taking these! I am hoping that as I continue to take these, I will more and more improvement!

I started taking myo & d-chiro inositol due to pcos. This supplement has made me feel so much better. I will he having my yearly blood work done in the next few months and will continue to take this product to see how much it has helped my hormones. I will update this review after getting my results.

Perimenopausal- had irregular periods completely straightened out my periods keeps me on track, feel great overall. Can tell when I run out. Easy on stomach highly recommend.
