Husband had been wanting one of these and was excited when he received it. He had been having neck pain but this solved the issue. Cant wait to order myself one in the near future!

These pillows live up to the hype. They are simply filled with shredded chunks of soft styrofoam. But this works perfectly! They are both firm and hold their shape but are also very soft to lay on. Recommended!

I love these pillows. I highly recommend. I give 4 stars only because this is the 2nd time I've ordered the firm pillow and it doesn't seem to be as firm as my 1st one. But I love it. It's well worth the price. I still have the 1st ones I ordered about 10 years ago.

I bought one 8 or 10 years ago and loved it.Decided it was time for a new one,new one came rolled up in plastic bag,with a red sticker saying put in dryer for 10 min. before using.It was flat with 3 clumps in it so I put it in dryer and it puffed up to my surprise. But now it has 3 big clumps that my head falls between...I hate it...

I'm ok with the product, but it's supposed to be a TWO PACK and they only sent one, so I basically paid double what I should have. I'm now stuck returning it to the store due to this issue, because there is no mechanism to get them to just send the second one that I paid for.

I hate leaving a poor review! but i ordered firm pillows. I received a standard. I contacted the company right away %26 was told I'd hear from in 48 hrs. I haven't received any email. I am quite disappointed. i ordered these pillows on the recommendations of a dear friend. very sad

I guessed that with all the hype about how wonderful these pillows are they would be outstanding. I wasn't impressed. They weren't firm enough and were no better than a $5.00 pillow from Walmart. Also, to return I'd of had to pay for shipping which would have been almost $20.00. I ended up giving the pillow to my church.

this is my 3rd My Pillow. ive had one for 6 years and is still just like it was when i bought it. this one is either fake or it should have been trashed. its 50% full and is flat as can be! you can feel the separation of the fluff. its like someone stuck balls of cotton inside and shipped it out....DO NOT BUY HERE

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It says to place in the dryer for 15 minutes. We did that. But the pillow is lumpy like the inside disintegrated. Its a very uncomfortable pillow. I bought one of these years ago for my husband and it is perfect. When I bought his it came in a box. When I bought this one it came in a compressed bag, not sure if that was the difference or not. But the pillow is junk

dont purchase. paid $15 shipping then when i wanted to return it they were going to charge me shipping to return it. terrible customer service. pillow is lumpy and smaller than a king should be
