Husband had been wanting one of these and was excited when he received it. He had been having neck pain but this solved the issue. Cant wait to order myself one in the near future!

My husband won't sleep on anything else. Why can't we buy them in the stores?great product. The sheets are great, too.

This pillow just took the shape of my shoulders %26 , very comfortable pillow. Not lumpy.

I love these pillows. I highly recommend. I give 4 stars only because this is the 2nd time I've ordered the firm pillow and it doesn't seem to be as firm as my 1st one. But I love it. It's well worth the price. I still have the 1st ones I ordered about 10 years ago.

This is a fantastic pillow and worth the money.

I'm ok with the product, but it's supposed to be a TWO PACK and they only sent one, so I basically paid double what I should have. I'm now stuck returning it to the store due to this issue, because there is no mechanism to get them to just send the second one that I paid for.

I hate leaving a poor review! but i ordered firm pillows. I received a standard. I contacted the company right away %26 was told I'd hear from in 48 hrs. I haven't received any email. I am quite disappointed. i ordered these pillows on the recommendations of a dear friend. very sad

I guessed that with all the hype about how wonderful these pillows are they would be outstanding. I wasn't impressed. They weren't firm enough and were no better than a $5.00 pillow from Walmart. Also, to return I'd of had to pay for shipping which would have been almost $20.00. I ended up giving the pillow to my church.

dont purchase. paid $15 shipping then when i wanted to return it they were going to charge me shipping to return it. terrible customer service. pillow is lumpy and smaller than a king should be

pillow is supposed to be queen but is stuffed as a regular size. We have had my pillow in the past and the quality was great. this is beyond poor
