I received my unit the end of April and used the coupon for the eucalyptus and peppermint pack. It is awesome and really helps. I can tell the difference if I don't use it before I go to bed. I use my unit about 3 times a day. It helps with my allergies, asthma and congestion. I have recommended the purmist to about 3 people.

We have been using the "MyPurMist" for just about a year. When we first purchased it I was suffering from an intense sinus infection. Not wanting to use medications, I was looking for a remedy. When we saw the commercial for "MyPurMist" on TV we were astounded. The next day we purchased the product and I have been sinus free since then. I used the product about 6 x's a day at the beginning and after the pressure and pain was completely gone I now use it every night before bed. If we feel pressure we increase usage. I was grateful to one of your representatives who offered a trial of the Essential Oil and find it to be a nice addition. I'd like to add that a fun 'icing on the cake' - is that we sleep better and have reduced snoring considerably. Thank you very much.

I purchased the unit several months ago and tried to get it to work. It would stay on a few seconds, then go off. My husband was very ill and I did not have time to return it then. After some time, I started to read different reviews at Amazon and discovered that, if you do not sign up online and get update to machine, it WILL NOT WORK. I discovered this on my own; mypurmist did not mention that this must be done to make it work. So far as I know, they still do not. Bad decision on their part. After I signed up online, updated software and charged again, the unit has worked beautifully and we use it on a daily basis. So easy and highly recommend, but update software please.

Product was as advertised by Walmart but NOT clear by manufacturer. They should have noted which model it was for. I had the older model and it did not work with it.

With all that is going on with the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was informed when ordering Mypurmist ScentPad's that there was a backlog and the delivery time would be a few days to a week longer, due to the influx of orders, which I greatly appreciated for the upfront information. With the backlog, I still received my order in LESS than a week, and was pleasantly surprised with the delivery time. My only issue is it seemed as if over half of the small pods on the scent pad where empty or had little liquid in the pods. Upon my next order, I'm hoping that the pods will be full like the picture shows. Other than that, I enjoy Mypurmist!!

I really got relief from the MyPurMist unit and use it all the time. However, the scent pads are not what I expected. They do not have much scent and just don't work well. I do better to put a couple drops of essential oil on a cotton ball and just hold it close to the intake vent a time or two during the session.

Scent pad is not compatible with some PurMist units and the ads are not specific
