I received the myQ Video Keypad after an issue with the site stating I wouldn't receive it until March of 2027! I was able to talk with some on online ( a phone call wasn't helpful at all!) and they were able to get it to me way sooner! The setup is very easy and straight forward with the app. The video is even better than my home security cameras! I found a bonus when I heard sound and found that I can speak through the keypad! I must have missed that in the description. The subscription fees are very reasonable with multiple levels depending on your needs. There are more features that I need to explore with it but overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend!

This garage door opener keypad / camera is a must have for any homeowner with a garage. It raise the bar of your expectation where security and accessing your garage is concern. It communicates with you both visually and thru text message every time anyone comes close to your garage door and or the garage door is opened. You can also chose to spontaneously decide to open the MyQ app and look out side your garage area viewable thru the keypad camera and crisp clear video appears. It was an easy install to my chamberlain garage door opener. I highly recommend this product.

The battery last a long time and if anybody walked by the camera it 🚨 asap. The quality and sound is amazing. The speaker works great because it’s like walkie talkies! Recommend

Great price %26 quick delivery. The device paired up with door opener and allowed keypad to function but unfortunately the camera had problems linking with the myQ app. Likely the closest access point for Wi-Fi is blocked out by our bricked garage.

When working it does have good video. It's obtrusive, awkward and very difficult to program and use. Even at low motion setting the battery loses power too quickly and goes offline all too often. Support technicians are very good and doo everything they can to resolve the issues, but still no resolution for getting it back online short of taking in down and starting over.

Battery life is terrible. To recharge, the unit must be removed from the mount, then you have to remove the battery from the device to access the charge port. This wouldn't be so bad if the battery would last longer. I fully charged it before installing, and in just under a month I got notifications to recharge it for continuous operation. There is no way I'd subscribe to the additional features. I removed it and reinstalled my old camera-less keypad.
