I received the myQ Video Keypad after an issue with the site stating I wouldn't receive it until March of 2027! I was able to talk with some on online ( a phone call wasn't helpful at all!) and they were able to get it to me way sooner! The setup is very easy and straight forward with the app. The video is even better than my home security cameras! I found a bonus when I heard sound and found that I can speak through the keypad! I must have missed that in the description. The subscription fees are very reasonable with multiple levels depending on your needs. There are more features that I need to explore with it but overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend!

The battery last a long time and if anybody walked by the camera it 🚨 asap. The quality and sound is amazing. The speaker works great because it’s like walkie talkies! Recommend

This is a great addition to our WIFI enabled garage opener. Love the video quality and like the phone option on keypad in case someone doesn't have the code to open they alert your phone to open it for them.

got the video keypad to add to my opener and it is working great after a few issues getting it set up. Turns out you need to press the learn button on the opener and not on the wall mounted remote, which worked for the car remote but not for the keypad interestingly enough. Now it is up and running. and works as expected. the AI detection feature is neat, would love for it to be able to recognize the family and squelch alerts

I was skeptical at first, but upon installing and connecting this device, I found that it works as advertised. There can be some connectivity issues with the set up, but the folks over the phone (not the AI chat) were instrumental in achieving the goal of setting this camera/keypad up. Like with many wifi-enabled devices, a strong signal is needed . . . but an equally strong RECEIVER is needed. I'm not sure the device makers want to spend on that in order to keep their margins healthy, so there could be that issue, even if you have a mesh/extender system in place (like I do). Moving the router/gateway/modem closer is NOT possible. Making devices with stronger receivers is! The install is easy, make sure it's level and you should have no issues. Good luck.

Great price %26 quick delivery. The device paired up with door opener and allowed keypad to function but unfortunately the camera had problems linking with the myQ app. Likely the closest access point for Wi-Fi is blocked out by our bricked garage.
