Peroxide Gel applicator pens make it easy to fill my own whitening trays to just the right amount for good coverage without extra goo. Whitening gel has a neutral taste and rinses easily after application. I do 30 minutes daily while I get ready, and it seems to be effective in keeping coffee stains from setting in on my teeth.

There are no directions so make sure you attach the little nozzle to each applicator to slow the flow into your tray. I have sensitive gums but I have had no reaction after 3 uses.

The gel seemed to make a difference with first application. I already had the light kit. It's nice to just buy the refills.

Made my teeth hurt and extra sensitive for two days and looked terribly dehydrated every time I used them. Even tried remineralizing after but didn't help. The amount of syringes and size is great and so is price. But it hurt and the shade didn't change much. Possibly it can if you can tolerate the pain a couple times a week.

Could not really comment on whether this actually whitens teeth because, contrary to its claim, it does not stay on the teeth. I much preferred the brand that is no longer available.

It made my teeth hurt much more than other strips that I have used. It did not whiten my teeth at all.
