Mystique 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser in Polished Chrome

I have had this faucet for 9 years. On 2 occasions I have needed a repair kit. Once for a dripping problem and once for the button sticking on the sprayer. Each time Price Pfister honored their lifetime warranty by getting these parts in the mail to me free of charge. That is what you want from a lifetime warranty. I would recommend this faucet to anyone. You never know how good customer service and warranty service is until they prove themselves. Thanks Price Pfister.

I have had this product for approx. 6-7 years. Works great but needs head replacement every 2 years which Pfister sends a new on each time. Just received my 3rd new one and installed it. FREE

It worked fine for just under two years, so if you want a temporary faucet this is perfect. Otherwise I've had others that lasted over ten years. The unit started to get temperamental just before the two year use mark. The sprayer would work occasionally and every now and then the hot water would not come on. The faucet is now almost 2.5 years old and I'm looking for spare parts. The hot water stops working (meaning when we turned it to hot no water comes out) and the sprayer cannot be used as the buttons get stuck and it cannot be turned off without wedging a butter knife to lift the black buttons. We don't use the sprayer and have not for over a year. This morning after three days of no hot water it started to work, however, I'm confident this will stop again as it is about the fifth time its happened. This time it was for much longer. Usually it would be just for a few minutes. It's my first (and sadly last) Pfister product purchased.
