myTouchSmart Simple Set In-Wall Digital Timer, 26893-P1

This was reasonably easy to install. It can only be programed for two different time periods each day. It cannot be programmed to turn lights on and off at different times each day. But it suits my needs and works well.

I use it outdoors to control my garden lighting. It's easy to install, easy to operate, and so far, weather resistant. highly recommended.

I replaced an older timer in our garage for our outdoor lights with this one for the simple reason that it is a lot easier to program than the older one. Anyone in my family can do so, whereas my wife %26 kids were reluctant to set up the older one because it took too much effort. I highly recommend this new one. You won't regret it.

This product was recommended by my electrician. So, I assume it's good. The only drawback is that it took weeks to come via a third party through Walmart. I should have bought it from Home Depot.

The in-wall timer came to me in pieces - clearly had been opened prior to shipping with part of the packaging ripped open (and missing). Price was good - about $10 less than the exact product at Home Depot. Still, I'd pay the extra $10 before accepting the trash that was delivered.
