N-FAB Wheel To Wheel Nerf Steps (Black)

It was easy enough to install. However be prepared to spend some time straightening mounting bolts if they got bent or just aren't lined up. I installed them by myself, another set of hands would have been ideal. Look great and definitely help grandma get in and out as well as reaching the stuff in the front of the bed.

The product was bent and dented when it hit here. The passenger side brackets were bent so bad that I thought I had ordered the wrong parts at first. Still have not been compensated for the poor quality of the product I recieved.

These runningboards are very nice and where the step is located is in a good place for getting out. I like that the wheel to wheel allows access to the box of the pickup. They were easy to install.

When I unpackaged the steps I noticed a couple dents on the driver side . I called the customer service and they were great . I sent an email with the pic of shipping damage and they sent a new set quickly. No hassle what so ever and I appreciated that .

I am always skeptical about buying accessories like this on line mainly because of uncertaimity with quality. As soon as opened the package it eas very clear that these were well thought out for fitment and made from good quality steel/tubing. Best of all, thet look GREAT on my truck!!!

Fitment was off slightly and required some "adjusting" to bolt up. Also the front is open and the rear tube is closed. . . 100% allows for water to build up especially in the colder months where it can freeze. Needs weap holes and the front closed off. I'll take care of that myself. Real truck customer service is a joke and the shipping company is pretty awful. Over all experience was a 2. . . it does perform as required. Steps could be a little further back for a more fluid transition from the ground to step to seat or the other way. Step could be slightly larger also. .

Welding of brackets was way off center, they mounted crooked. Holes did not line up. We had to use 1 1/2 spacers on both sides in the rear, and tapered to 1/2 inch brackets on the drivers side . Who ever is welding on the brackets needs to pay more attention to alignment !

Bought and paid for 20 days ago and still haven't shipped and no one can tell me when they will ship but said i can't return them because they process so fast.

2 months now and after redoing the order from shipper sending to the wrong address. Real Truck made another order and I still have not gotten notification of deliver status.

I would give this no stars but that's not an option. I ordered these the first of December. I had horrible time trying to order them. Their website was having “technical difficulties”. It took 5 days until finally I was able to order them and it says on the order fulfillment pending. I called last week to check and they said they're in Salt Lake City but could not give me a time frame or when they would ship. The shipping department was suppose to contact me and never did. It have been over three weeks and they cannot tell me anything about my order. I've tried cancelling the order and the screen just says “something went wrong, try again”. I've had the product before and they are good quality but Realtruck are not customer friendly and their shipping is awful.
