Supplement
I have not taken this supplement long enough to provide a detailed review. The capsule is not too big and is easy to swallow. I have not experienced any side effects so far.

This product does not help with blood flow expecially to the legs. Since i started taking it my leg circulation got worse. Ordered new meds from GNC an they work swelling an tingling went down.
