I bought these to reduce inflammation and pain and after a month of 1 daily pill, I have reduced the swelling in my hands and reduced some of the pain as well.

I got this to try because I like the brand. I like that it does not have magnesium stearate added. I will say that this does differ from other brands in that the powder is kind of crystally so it takes a little bit more effort to mix it into a liquid. I mix this into orange juice and other juices so the texture makes it a little more difficult but it eventually melts into a liquid.

I love solaray products and this one didn't disappoint- it was about 50% cheaper than the one my doc told me to buy, but still gave the same results!

I use an assortment of their supplements and I'm very pleased with their quality, easy to swallow, very convenient packaging.
