I noticed it helped me with many things like being congested as I had been sick when I started taking it. My breathing felt easier because of that. It seemed to help my depression/anxiety/PTSD. I felt better grounded or mentally. I seemed to have more energy and able to keep going throughout my day and better focused on what needing doing. It seemed to help my menopause symptoms as well. I felt better and seemed to get over being sick with a sinus infection. I recommend this product.
I got a headache the first couple of days, but it stopped. I'll know if they are doing any good when I have my next blood labs.
