I purchased this to replace another pool we had in our backyard that was not above ground. Very happy one with the quality and you can fit comfortably five adults.

Pieces were in the box my husband was looking for the instructions in the instructions they had numbers in them but not in the tubes nor corners but other than that we were able to put it up didn't fill it up yet but once we do hopefully it works and don't collapse on us the size of it's perfect for us to say the least.

I didn't get the pump pieces for this item. I contacted customer service and the seller and the seller never got back to me for the missing parts so I had to go online and find the pieces needed and purchase them separately.

It gets the job done of being a pool, but the frame is very weak. Looking at other more expensive pools of a similar size the legs have a wider base (shaped like a U) while this pool is supported by sticks essentially, which puts a lot of pressure on the joints and feet making it sink into the ground. I had to put pavers under each foot.

terrible pool. collapsed and tore itself to pieces by the end of the summer. bought thais in May and August it is ruined. wouldn't buy again. very expensive. no filter or anything included. would buy if 60 or 80 but mot the 260 paid for.

Parts missing late delivery box damaged and was a returned item. No response from the company that makes the pool. I reported it multiple times didn't receive any replacement parts or response. Should report to the BBB.

Only fill it up half way if you buy this. I wasn't expecting much so I'm not that disappointed but it did give under the pressure. It collapsed when it was full. You have been warned!!!

The delivery date changed a few times, that was no big deal. Then, right out of the box the pool has a tear in it. I hope the patch holds or we wasted a bunch of $.

Doesnt deserve a one star, this pool is absolutely horrible! Its missing pieces, not worth the money they are asking, the manufacturer should be embarrassed to sell a crappy product and Walmart should be ashamed of not double checking to make sure everything is in the box! Dont bother asking for help from Walmart to fix it the only response you will get is, “ you can return the product for a full refund OR once the product is returned we will ship out a new one with all the parts!” They actually guarantee this but if this one is missing pieces how can they make such a guarantee? Save your money and the headache with this pool!

Upon receiving, package was open. I considered that maybe it was an accident, but after looking the package over, it looks like I received someone elses return. The opposite end of the nox had been wrapped and taped back closed like from a return or resell warehouse. Half the pool and parts were missing and or damaged. The inner box had been ripped open and whatever parts needed were removed. The return department tried contacting the manufacturer with no success. I also tried to with no success. I also tried to get a replacement before returning, but its like once I added it to my cart to repurchase just in case, it said not available once I selected return. It stayed that way for a day or so and reappeared. I added back to my cart, but in the end decided to go with another brand and full return. I was hoping for the best, but after reading other reviews, made my final decision.
