I am really really happy with the pool. Materials are heavy duty and strong. I’m 65 yo lady and I was able to set this up myself. I’m sure it was a comedy show to my neighbors, but I did it. It took me about 2 hours before I filled it up. Now it just needs to stay wam outside so we can get in and start enjoying it.

For one there were no instructions in the box. No plugs for the pool and there was not a pump included in the box. Not at all what we were expecting. We ended up having to go out and buy more supplies for it just to be able to use jt. Thankfully we already had a small pump that we had from a previous pool. We were a little disappointed

I just put this swimming pool together yesterday, first off all it was the most exhausting most frustrating two hours I have ever spent. I ended up calling a handyman and paying him for his services, NOTHING is labeled the video doesn’t help and on top of that I was missing two poles, so I’m not sure hour long it will hold up. However the pool it’s self is pretty big. Don’t come with ladder or pump!!

None of the parts were labeled and the parts list didnt have a description other than a letter to describe parts which made assembly very difficult. I also recieved 5 of 1 part and 3 of another when i need 4 of each so now im gojng to have to work with company to get replacement.

Had to return item, as it was too big for my space, but had concerns when I contacted Walmart, which advised me I had to process return with supplier. I got emails in the process but it took the 3 days to respond then, after I dropped at FedEx 2 days ago, not sure I will get refund until some one receives it back. Never use WM for n line again, Nothing weird w Amazon ever!

It was harder to put up than what they said . It had a small leak in the corner. I had to patch it before we ever swam in it. The patch didn’t work. I spoke with the replacement department they told me to patch it. It was still loosening about an inch of water a day. After a week of contacting the replacement department they are sending me a new one. It will arrive this week. I will update you date my review after we put the new one up.

i bought this in February for summer. opened everything 2 weeks ago. lasted about 2 weeks. the corner plastic piece broke. not worth the money now we cant use it and i cant return it. not too thrilled.

I purchased this pool from Walmart and later discovered this was a third party transaction. I have tried to return the pool to Walmart then I have reached out to the third party for a return slip for a full refund. As yet, since May 22nd there has been no response and my money is out there somewhere. I’m fully disappointed at this situation and the way I have been treated. There has also been a claim filed to try and secure the return of my money.

This box hasn't even been opened bc my husband was diagnosed w a heart problem. We're in our 70s, so we'd have a hard time putting it up, much less using it. I contacted the supplier on June 30 for a return but hadn’t received a reply, so i contacted them again yesterday. Still no response. Very dishonest supplier. Don’t know about the pool itself bc we never opened it up to look at it, but i'm so turned off by the supplier that I don’t want it, period. BUYER BEWARE!!

I do not recommend ordering this pool. It didn’t come with a Manuel and it was missing parts and I couldn’t get in touch with the seller for them to send me the missing part and the Manuel and they wouldn’t email me back. I had to go out of my way to purchase a part at a store to make it work my way and when I filled the pool up with water the poles bent. It was just a bad product overall nothing but issues. It may be cheap but you should stop and think there’s a reason it’s that cheap 🙄
