the channels within the structure itself was folded and didnt let the water pass thru. so there was no pressure from heated and filtered water. bubbles were ok. ended up returning it.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks in a response over the inflatable lid that was supposed to be shipped with it I've wasted money on trying to heat this spa after reaching out to the company. I was told they would get back to me and nothing ever showed I ordered it mid Jan 2026 and it is now end of Feb 2026 no help from anybody. BE VERY CAUTIOUS when you buy this item the missing inflatable lid only costs 30$ on amazon don't wait like I did other wise it will cost you over 200$ in electric costs.

Bubbles only worked to 10 minutes. E3 Error code. Reset device per manual instructions. Device will not function. Have to send bubble spa back to sender. Hopefully the get will have good customer service. It's been 24 out of 48 have not hurt from my customers support. I will see if wal mart will take the return

The directions were very difficult. Upon assembly, the tub would not hold air, nor heat. It had to be returned before every getting used.

Would never hold air. Then trying to send back was VERY challenging.

it did not get up to temp and in reviewing the manual determined it was not what we ordered
