Omg, seriously! I knew there would be a problem when I saw the product box. When I opened the shipping box, the product box was all taped up on the bottom and the box looked terribly worn. You could tell it was a returned item. I have a feeling this non-working item is going around to people who order one to see who will keep it. Just like the previous 1 star reply, it did not have a power supply included so you can not plug it in and renders it useless. The box indicates there should be a power supply. This thing is going back. I will try to get a replacement and see how it goes.

I bought this product to help my neck and shoulder pain because I broke my neck and now a Chiropractor won't touch me. Based on previous review and watching the video I was excited. Received it today and can't use it at all! The is no plug on it for it to run! There is a place where you can attach your own plug so why wasn't that mentioned? So sorry I bought this brand when there are so many others that are probably just as good and truthful to their customers

Box had been opened and taped back together. Was missing pieces. Not useable. Have not received my refund yet.
