Fluke
This is a very nice shower chair but after I had assembled it all but the last step, I realized the pop up button on the chair back was skewed around and went so far up into the chair back tube that it wasn't retractable. The company has said they would refund my money. I'm satisfied if they do. The chair is not safe if the back cannot be firmly secured. I really liked the chair so I am looking into it further. I don't fault the seller at all. I think the design could be modified to prevent that from happening.

the legs are not stable. the chair shakes and moves and you feel like you will fall in the floor!
