It was super easy to assemble. Our dog had her first day in the crate. She did great, did not escape, no chewing, no red mark on her nose from trying to escape. I'm thoroughly pleased with the look and degsign. I'm very happy with this purchase so far.

Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Comes with locking wheels so it is easy to move if needed. The construction is very solid. It is being used for a 40 pound active medium dog who loves to chew. It is a much better option for a chronic chewer than the tradional wire kennel with removable plastic tray. It looks like furniture which is a plus

This dog kennel is so great! You can even put stuff on top such as dog treats and toys. Super functional and very pleasing to look at. I received tons of compliments on it, and my doggy likes it better than her old one!!

We were very concerned about assembling this as so many reviews sparked the concern. My husband said it was one of the easier things he has assembled and was very impressed with the quality overall! Now, just waiting for the dog that goes inside. We like that it is a piece of furniture and doesn't look like a crate. Also, that it is dark and cave like inside for the dog.

Aesthetically pleasing and very sturdy. Much better than the wire cages. It's pretty dark for the dogs as the holes are small and structure is black, but it's great for sleeping.

Love that my pup is secure and can't escape this crate. He destroyed the wire crate we had before and bent and broke through the wires. The assembly wasnt hard but there werent any labels to indicate the top from the bottom walls, so I ended up having to unscrew and redo one wall. Which made the assembly a bit time consuming but not difficult. Happy with this purchase and the safety it provides my pup while I'm away. Will definitely recommend!!

This kennel is holding up nicely. our dog, that has demolished 2 kennels has not been able to hurt this one! my only complaint is the locking system is a not the best and we were given the wring part for the locking system. my hunsband made it work but had to fabricate a new piece. once that was done it was perfect

We upgraded to this kennel after our Houdini dog destroyed her last crate. She busted out of this kennel twice within 3 months of having it. The first time, she broke the clip rings so we upgraded them. The second time she ended up needing 5 stitches from the emergency vet. Yes, she's crate trained. No she was not in it for more than an hour

Super heavy duty crate, but an absolute BEAST to “assemble”. Aesthetics are gorgeous. Casters are genius as this thing weighs a ton. That's the end of the “good” things on this crate. Assembly? Awful. On the bottom, 3 of 4 screws lined up. For the top? The pieces were too long/sit too high and don't reach with the screws provided at any of the 4 locations so lined up one and trying to figure out the rest. Tried longer screws, but still don't line up. Very frustrating and I'm pretty good and making stuff like this work, but this is just awful. Will likely end up drilling through the top and securing with heavy duty zip ties or hammering off the brackets that don't sit flush and using liquid nails or something as I don't know what else to do. Do not recommend.

I have a German Shepherd and after just the 1st use he bent the front two corners. I was able to somewhat push them back in place to make it look normal however after a few more times of being in the crate he managed to cause the metal to break and now there are very very sharp pieces of metal sticking out all over. This is a significant safety issue because now he can easily get cut aswell as kids and myself could easily get cut. So that was a waste of 200 $. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAGE FOR LARGE DOGS. IT IS NOT HEAVY DUTY. It would be good for a Chihuahua not a German Shepherd with separation anxiety.
