Looks cheap and not like the photo. So disappointed! No head photo or tray. I don't have a car to return them so should get a discount for false advertising!

Chair lock on one side would not lock into reclining position. Mine was defective. Also was smaller than expected by viewing photo. Model was Twiggy.

Nice chair, not as sturdy for our needs.
It' s a very nice chair, however it is much lighter and stiffer than a chair I previously owned, and slides around alot, so not as stable as we need for our Mom.

Mixed feelings
The cushion is flat and thin not as pictured. The chair is too narrow. Not a comfortable fit.

dangerous There is no way to lock the chair in place when you open it . When you sit down, it can easily collapse right on you. It ate me up like a clam. Side table doesn't fit and its crooked like it was made for a different chair. Cushion is comfortable but the material is very cheap and weak and will easily pull away from stitching. There's no way to get in and out of this thing comfortably. It's a nightmare.

Lacking in Comfort
Extremely uncomfortable even with the cushion. I have one from Amazon Basics that has no cushion and it's comfortable. This one is not!
