Used another brand before this one, it was time taking and you had to rub the strip between your palms to warm it up. This brand was fast and simple. Just separate the two halves of strip and apply. It was not painful, and unlike the other brand, there was something to apply afterward to soothe your skin. A much better product overall. If you have pesky hair on your face, this is definitely the way to go.
This was my first time using the wax strips %26 was very pleased. They are easy to use %26 remove alot of hair. I mainly used them on my chin %26 jawline, since that's where my hair is the heaviest. Upper lip is a little tricky for me but with practice I'll get it.
Removes the tiny hairs from the upper lip area very well and from the face too . The secret is that the skin has to be dry when applying and you need to hold the skin straight and then pull it in the opposite direction to the hair growth, it hurts of course and leaves the skin red for a while as the face is very sensitive .
I found this to be almost useless on my upper lip. It was goopy and didn't adequately remove the hair. I ended up using a tweezer. I only purchased this because my usual brand was not available - lesson learned. For reference - middle aged Italian woman.
This is good for fine peach fuzz hairs but for those stubborn prickly hairs on my chin, after repeated pressing and yanking, they continued to stand at attention, like True Soldiers. So, Tweezers to the rescue! Take that you little trees! (Opinion of soon to be 74 yo Nanna) from Puerto Rico!
These are the little ones. I wanted the big ones. Face and bikini wax strips in one don't make sense. Pubic hair and facial hair vastly differentiate. It gets the job done on the pitts and the cooter, but it uses more product to do so. At the same time, it will remove the skin from the upper lip. Hair included.
Could be user error, but it did not wax well. I followed the instructions and all it did was make my skin sticky, even after following instructions to remove the excess wax. 1 strip splits into 2 so if you only need 1, you are forced to use 2 or waste 1. I tried using lotion and scrubbing the area with a towel to remove excess wax, but it took a shower to get it to remove. Use at your own risk, but I recommend spending $30 on a wax warmer kit that comes with the wax beads instead.
This was supposed to be easy to use and help me wax my bikini area. It is easy to use but it does not work good on pubic hairs. It says it is reusable but when I tried, it didn't work. It did not work as good as I expected. I think it would be better for softer hair (ex. eyebrows, arms. legs).
The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because it won't let me give it a negative, this product sucked. Not only did it not remove any of my hair. It actually did remove some of my skin. So yeah, never using it again. I will never recommend it to anyone. Unless I hated them.
To be honest, I mistakenly purchased these products under the impression they were something else. Upon receiving them, I decided to use them regardless. Had I followed my initial instinct and returned them, I would have been better off. While I do not expect perfection from items purchased in-store versus a salon , I do expect them to work at least as described. Unfortunately, these products failed to remove any hair and left a residue on my skin that was quite sticky. I had to scrub vigorously in the shower to remove the excess, then use a different product to finish the job. I have previously used other items from this brand, and they were much more effective.
