I love my electric typewriter. I am taken back to my earlier days of school when I learned to type. This typewriter is perfect for me. It is easy to handle.

Nakajima WPT-150 is easy to use. Family member likes his - so he decided to but another one for his teenager.

Typing head would not move.
Typewriter came in a timely manner and box was in good shape. Upon plugging it in the typing head would not advance and YES the head was unlocked. Would have tried another but that was not an option for this item. Will get my refund and will order another and hope the 2nd one will work. It was a gift and very disappointed when it did not function on Christmas day.....

I was replacing a 30-year-old Smith Corona that was dying. for me, the SC was still a better machine than the Makajima.nimreurned it. Sorry.

The typewriter came damaged and the customer service person was absolutely clueless about how to return it or exchange it. Also clueless about sending me an email re: the extended warranty I purchased.

Not Good!
The keys type the wrong letters. Not sure if it was programmed improperly or why this happened. Also, the margins were stuck in the middle and would not return to the left. Machine is very loud. Overall, very disappointed - obviously had to return, especially since the keys do not coordinate with the letter you type.

Refund not issued aa per seller
I never opened the typewriter box as delivery man threw the box towards my front door. I returned the typewriter %26 extra ribbons to Walmart on 03/11/25 %26 as of today 03/24/25 have not been issued my refund.
