I've tried a lot of different whey iso proteins. And this is my favorite. It's simple and has the low cholesterol and sodium that I require. I like that there's no sweeteners like stevia or fermented reb-m because I don't like the taste. It's my go-to whey protein.

I had been using ON and wanted something without any flavor or sweetener. I use full fat Greek yogurt, water, a little plain kefir, and a handful of wild blueberries, and one tablespoon of ground chia seeds and blend it up. Simple and awesome. I can't taste anything weird. So glad to have given this a try.

This protein powder is by far the best I've ever used. I don't like sweetened protein powders so this works for me. It is light and fluffy and not heavy on the stomach. I love drinking this in my coffee. Shake mixture into a shaker with your favorite nondairy or dairy creamer and it makes the best cappuccino.

Good blend ability, item is ultra purified, Company has good reputation for testing for impurities. Though this item is very expensive.

The only thing is that it doesn't mix totally in my coffee. I still feel some small little pieces, and I use a froster.

It's said no sugar, but it was too sweet
