It's true, the item arrives cooled and compressed into a tiny box, which was alarming at first. They shake out just fine, however, and the colors are just right.

This served their purpose fine. Received them a little crumbled and creased but ironed out perfectly. Fast service too. And they made my fall tree look amazing. I got a lot of complements.

The item was exactly what I was looking for and a quality product that will last for many more future FALL decorating I will be doing.

Leaves are pretty but came squished into miniature box. So they are rumpled. Airing them out helped relax the wrinkles, but steaming them is what is needed.

The product itself was fine - not realistic, but it did the job. However, you should only buy in store, and not have them shipped. I purchased 2 strands, and both of them were stuffed into a 6” cube box. So they were very crimped and creased. I had to straighten each leaf out by hand.

Can get the same or better at the dollar store. Unfortunately I didn't buy enough at the dollar store, they ran out and I needed more.

Not even remotely similar to the online image, and the two garlands came in one 3" x 3" box. Leaves are made of some thin crispy kind of coated paper.

This garland came tightly packed in a small 4"x3" box, which resulted in the leaves being completely crushed. I ended up using a handheld steamer on the garland and getting the leaves back in a useable state. I should have returned this item.
