Bought this multipack to decorate my classroom. The students noticed the garlands straight away and it's so much more vibrant than normal board border. (I only used two to start the year and have a spare just in case.)

Item was as described. Tissue paper flowers and leaves need crinkled and fluffed . I decided on this item because I needed a large decoration for a low price for our school book fair. It worked great.

Super beautiful - string that holds it together is rid thin and breaks - some immediately out of the package. Plus - dealing w Walmart online was a nightmare - hours of email/website and phone customer service was necessary to get to 2 orders delivered A truly never again sad to say

It is pretty, but my patience is thin, trying to carefully expand each section, it doesn't help that the paper is thin also.
