Tissue is good Color and Quality
For my purpose, it was great. My daughter was getting married and colors were navy and yellow or gold. Reception theme was somewhat Syfi. I had some Dungeons and Dragons gift bags that I stuffed with the gold and and navy blue tissue to put in random places around the room.
