This is a beautiful sturdy rocker for my elderly mom . She enjoys it and feels stable and secure .

screws for rocker pieces strip. 3 inch screw should have a different head to drive them

Nice quality but assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Had to drill out some of the screwholes because not all lined up. The board that displayed the brand and was preassembled at the factory, installed the brand name was installed upside down. I had to remove the entire board and reinstall it correctly. So far, that is the only flaw I have encountered. Would have given a 5-Star rating if brand nameplate had not been installed upsidown.

If it wasn't for the parts, not being marked properly at all, I would have write this for almost a 5 well, not easy to put together without the parts marked. Instructions were not very good either

item came with missing parts. no customer service number, just an email. it has been 3 days with no response to my request to send missing parts. i will be returning to Walmart in a few days unless i hear back. chairs have potential, they seem sturdy but its hard to assess, since it's incomplete.

VERY difficult to put together. Holes were about an inch off from aligning where the rear legs connect to the arms. Thought perhaps we assembled it wrong but two of us double checked it twice to confirm itwas correct and, in fact, the holes were off. Had to drill new holes to make it work. Outside of that, they look nice and are moderately comfortable.

What do i like or dislike? More about what i dislike well took a chance never again supposed to have each piece with a letter on it most did not have so we are trying to figure it out because if you return we have to pay shipping and then they can charge up to 50% restocking fee THIS IS RIDICULOUS i most likely have paid 266 for nothing but garbage
