works great, thankful there's no xantham gum!
I've been using this for all my vegan bakes and so far it's worked wonderfully. obviously nothing will ever compare to the use of real eggs, but this is as close as I've gotten and I appreciate that there is no xantham gum in this mix because I'm allergic.

A great replacement for egg allergen sufferers!
Due to several food allergies and following a kosher diet, this egg replacer is a great alternative. I just made my second purchase tonight as I enjoyed so much the first time! It'll usually last a while as it is equivalent to approx 56 eggs, but almost everything I cook is homemade, so I go through more than the usual amount. And it doesn't have much of a taste on its own as some egg replacers that I've used in the past. This is not to be used in place of eggs in a stand alone egg dish. If your thinking about buying this egg replacer, I say go for it, you won't regret it!

an "egg-cellent" product
I do a lot of baking. This GF egg replacer works in place of whole eggs without a noticeable difference. I can even make half batches and use the equivalent of half an egg. The number of servings in the bag make this great value for money. This egg substitute isn't good for all uses for eggs. It isn't meant to be used for scrambled eggs or for making peaked whites. I buy this regularly and highly recommend it.

great substitute
it worked great it even allowed rising for my pumpkin pie I made just as if I use the real egg I just strongly suggest making sure you use really warm water in order to dissolve all the formula and definitely let it sit until it's done to foamy as long as you do that just like an egg.
