Namesake Classic Full Size Bed Conversion Kit in Warm White

purchased so we will have the pieces to convert the bed when ready

We just converted our crib from toddler bed to a full size bed and it looks great. It was very easy to convert.

We recently converted our toddler's bed from her Toddler Bed to a Full Size with the Conversion kit and Bunkie board from bablyletto. First I would go ahead and set aside several hours to convert the bed, the way the side rails attach to the existing headboard and footboard take a very long time to attach with the provided bolts and wrench provided, they will get tight it just takes a very long time. The slats that run across the middle have wooden pegs that I assume should touch the ground, but are around 2-3 inches off the floor. Even when the leveling feet are all the way out, they still do not reach the floor. Once the conversion was completed and all the bolts were tightened, the Bunkie board was an easy install. We have 2 complaints overall about this kit: 1. Should the wooden pegs in the middle not touch the ground to support the bed? 2. The bed moves forward and backward like the bolts are not tight, but they cannot get any tighter. This is the worst if my wife or I tries to sit on the bed with our daughter. I worry that the legs of the bed will buckle and break from the movement at times. We loved the crib and were excited to have this as a full bed, but now we have debated our decision.

I had the same issue as other reviews, the supports are 2 inches off the ground, therefore, not able to support a mattress. Very few details on the website in terms of what is included, and whether a box spring is necessary. We essentially overpaid for 2 pieces of wood. Not to mention the bed is not stable at all; it shakes when my 2-year-old gets on it. Disappointed in this product, especially at the price point.

Why would you offer this conversion kit with this bed if it doesn't even fit? When you put the slats in with the middle pegs in each, they are 2 inches off the ground! Also, with only 3 slats, in between each, the mattress sinks! I could have just paid the same amount for the size pieces and a bunkie board.

Why is this so expensive for 5 pieces of wood?
