Nanit Sound Machine and Night Light

I bought this for my daughter because she's having a baby girl in september. she bought this for one of her girlfriends and her friend raved about it so my daughter put it on her baby registry

Our family loves the Nanit sound and light! It's simple and easy to use , which I love! You can charge it up, so you can use it without the cord which I also love (incase the power goes out, it still works!). 10/10 definitely recommend!

I ordered this product for a gift. And I have not given it to the recipient yet so I cannot rate the product. I did rate the turnover time and the price and the efficiency of the website.

We love this product for the way it functions with our Nanit, we can access it within the app for our monitor, as well as, its own app. We prefer it over the very popular sound machine we purchased for our first. I also love the way this one looks, I know that's no reason to purchase it, but it's a bonus after loving the way it actually functions.

This Sound and Light machine has been amazing for helping with our sleep routine. I love the Routine setting that automatically turns on and almost acts like a reminder for us for my baby's naps and nighttime routine. I love the different sound options, including white noise and waves.

It's great being able to have so many colors and sounds to choose from. Our daughter sleeps so much better since we started turning on the white noise during story time and gradually increasing the volume as we get closer to bed time. I really like this as a complement to our Nanit baby monitor. One drawback is that the clock feature is a bit messed up now.

This is a great sound machine. There's a wide variety of sounds and it's nice to be able to change the settings via phone. There's definitely room for improvement but none are deal breakers (if you have a favorited setting of light and noise, you can't adjust either on the sound machine itself; if you turn on the nightlight, you can't adjust the sound level without turning off the nightlight; and when you're changing the sound or light level on the app, it immediately jumps to the sound as you're trying to change it - versus being able to type in the level and it doesn't tell you what level you're on as you're changing it)

I got this because I thought it would work with my nanit camera. I find it incredibly annoying that it has its own separate app and the full functionality must be done though that separate app. If I had known I had to open another app to use this versus it being fully adjusted within the camera app I would have gotten the competitor. My baby loves the shhhh sound. The lights are too bright idk who would want such a bright nightlight. Truly not life changing or a must.

There is a lot of room for improvement with this sound machine. For starters the on/off button on top makes a loud clicking sound when pressed. Trying to cycle between favorites wakes my sleeping baby. It's also frustrating that there isn't a setting to have the clock display on a schedule (turn off and on at certain times). Even on the dimmest setting the clock display is too bright at night. And lastly I wish there were more sound options to choose from, and the ability to display multiple colors/rainbow etc. Overall it's an ok sound machine, but for the price I'd expect some of these annoyances to be better. Hoping there will be some improvements if they decide to make a new version.

I don't recommend this product. It disconnects from wifi all the time. Every other day I have to reconnect to wifi and it's so frustrating. The setup takes forever. The battery of this doesn't even last all night. I have to have it plugged in all day. Honestly it's more of an inconvenience than anything. I want d to love this product but not worth the headache! My baby is 7 months and it doesn't even connect to wifi anymore so the item is basically useless.
