I got this phone for myself so I can give my daughter my other one. I like that it has a stylus pen built-in to the device. it will come in handy for sure. The screen is a little bigger than most phones. it's bigger than my Samsung A23 but not by much. You can see in my photos I put them side by side. The device is built more rectangular so the edges are not rounded. It doesn't make a difference to us. The device itself does have some weight to it unlike most phones. Compared to our old Samsung phones it's pretty heavy. Nothing to worry about though it's not going to hurt your arm or anything like that. It just has a little more weight. It comes with 2 screen protectors one will be installed on the phone and one will be in the box. It came with type c headphones and type c charger. you also get the tiny tool to open your sim card cartridge and a clear silicone phone case.

This smart phone includes phone case screen protector and ear phones I think it's a nice phone I use it with my Air talk services thank you

Nice Features, but What About Software Updates?My husband has the G24Ultra Android Smartphone, and I must admit that I like several of its features, including some that my current Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 doesn't have. The large display, built-in stylus, and generous advertised storage are particularly appealing. However, my biggest concern is long-term software support. I haven't been able to find clear information about how long the manufacturer will provide Android upgrades and security updates. That's important to me because I want a phone that will remain secure and functional for years, not just one with impressive specifications. Overall, it's an interesting phone with attractive features, but I would feel more confident recommending it if the manufacturer provided a clear software update policy.

please note it is not a $500 phone. set up was easy and the usual way where the Android phone. the phone is a little sluggish compared to a higher price phone, but this will do the job if you need something in between. it connected to Wi-Fi no problem, I made a few test calls in all seems to be okay so far. it did take a few days to arrive at my house but otherwise it seems okay for the price. so right now I will give it a four stars until I get to try a few more weeks. I wanted to add it also came with a screen protector and a case.

This phone has a huge screen comes fully charged and is easy to setup. It also comes with a case, 2 screen protectors (one already installed on phone), Type C charger, and type C headphones. Also comes with a stylist but I can't get that to pop out.

Very nice phone, with a huge display. The camera is nice and so far it moved fast also. I am a bit upset that the stylus was stuck in the device I received, however.

DEFECTIVE SCREEN/SYSTEM. was unable to use the phone. screen touch sensitivity is not working. its has a ghost type issue. not able to connect to wifi dude to screen not correctly selecting options. It will sence a touch of your not touching the phone if ypur close enough your finger becomes a stylus without touching the screen

I ordered this item and it was never delivered to me. The status of the order showed it was in my City and it stayed on this status for more than five days without arriving. It is very disappointing to order items and pay for them to never receive what you ordered. I am beginning to think ordering online is horrible due to the way the items have to be delivered. I ordered the item because i truly wanted it so to not receive it is disappointing.

This is not a good phone and service is horrible. I can't it and there is drop calls the whole time on the phone. I want a refund please.

wasn't right color missing sim tray and came in different order then ordered and delivery instructions wasn't met by far
