I didn't want to give it one star!
It wasn't the cat tree I ordered. It was a small two tear with one leg bent. At the same time I recieved this small bent tree, I got an email saying the original cat tree I ordered was out of stock. So we kept this one waiting for restock of the one I wanted ! That never happened! Now I have this damaged item for my cat!

What I got was different from what I ordered
I got a small basic cat “tree”. My kids built it before I saw they sent the wrong item. But I am not happy about this switch
