Moving from a house to a condo apartment, had to find a replacement for my Rogue 525 that wouldn't take up too much room on the balcony. The Freestyle 365 has been the perfect solution. Unlike its competition at the company that starts with W, the side shelves fold down on the Freestyle, so takes up even less room when not in use. And when it is in use, it is a great performer — all the heat you're going to need for everyday grilling, and then some. Like any gas grill, it has its hot and cool spots, but once you learn those you're good to go. And for a grill of this quality, the price is great. My only wish is that it would have the option of replacing the standard porcelain-covered cast iron grills with stainless steel. I enjoy grilling on cast iron, but I am less enamoured of the maintenance required to keep them working at their best. Regardless, I am very impressed with this grill...great job, Napoleon.

Great product and love the warranty. Just one small complaint it does not come with a complimentary steak to grill :)

I bought the Napoleon Freestyle 365 this spring and have been using it regularly — very impressed so far. It heats up fast, and the JETFIRE ignition works perfectly every time. The cast iron grates hold heat well and leave great sear marks.

This grill has elevated my cooking to a new level. Every meal has been cooked evenly no flare ups and no burnt food.

Plenty of cook space. Large top rack. Burners are perfectly spaced width and height from grates.

Got this grill 4 months ago and use it easily 3/4 times a week, whether making burgers, steaks or Sunday breakfast. Brilliant for our family or 4 or entertaining a group of 10 or more. Only issue I would have is that the lid is starting to show some scorch marks.

This Napoleon freestyle 365 looks sharp with the graphite grey. A great modern look for the home. I grill all my protein on my freestyle 365. Takes no time to preheat and no time to season. 5 minutes for this grill to reach 400+ degrees. Perfect way to cook a meal when you have family and friends over. Even if home alone I'll grill some meat that goes nicely with a drink. Out of all the grill I've owned this 365 cooks the best. I'm happy with it.

Overall a great grill! Assembly was quick and easy. The grill looks great, and the folding side shelves are amazing for customizing the grill to fit in tight spaces. The grill gets hot quickly and seems to keep its temp very well. One downside is that there seem to be hotspots on the grill, or more so cold spots. One of the main reasons for buying a good quality grill was to avoid these inconsistent spots. Unfortunately, the front of the grill, even with the lid kept closed, is considerably cooler than the rest. Overall, great grill and would recommend. Just don't plan on using 100% of the cooking surface if you want an even cook!

Bought this bbq little over month ago and the only thing I don't like is the thermometer steamed over first day we used it and has been the same since then. Can hardly see the numbers on it.
