Napoleon Rogue 425 Natural Gas Grill With Infrared Side Burner

Finally replaced my prior Napoleon grill after more than 20 years and this new model outperforms its predecessor, which I did not think would happen. The even faster heat build up and auto-ignite are a dream. Thanks Napoleon for maintaining your quality and standing out as a Canadian manufacturer that demonstrates what being Canadian is all about.

What a huge upgrade. This grill is hands down the best I have ever used. Cooks evenly and no flare ups. I highly recommend this bbq. Love the blue knob lights and when the grill is on the knobs turn red.

We are very happy with our purchase. We replaced a very good locally made grill which had a pan between burners and grill. Worked great. But I wanted a visible flame grill again. I am not disappointed. I'm still relearning the craft and enjoying it all. Our meals are a little tastier each time I grill.

Still new to my Prestige 500 grill, but so far I LOVE it. Have successfully grilled both steaks and lamb chops. Great searing and perfect, even cooking.

Taking outdoor grilling to another level.

I can't believe I waited for so long to buy this grill! At 73 I have gone through several "premium" grills but couldn't bring myself to spend the extra few hundred dollars for a Napoleon. What an idiot! I have waited an entire year to review this grill, just to be sure, now, make no mistake there is no grill like it! I have grilled every chicken part imaginable, thighs, breasts, quarters, full chicken beer can, on a spit and without fail I have NEVER had to douse a flair up, never had to open the lid for a "peek". Set the temperature, which holds perfectly, and set your watch or watch your probe, perfect results every time. I have now done steaks, roasts you name it. No more hovering over the grill, just relax with friends over a drink and let the Rogue perform it's magic. Best of all (for my unit anyway) I can proudly boast it was designed AND manufactured just up the highway in Barrie, Ontario. Great product, great workmanship, thanks Napoleon!!

We have had this unit for two years and it is our second Prestige in 20 years. It has great heat control and is extremely flexible used all year round. Even though it is used all year round in the snow and blazing summer sun, it continues to look like new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one many years from now!

I have had this grill for about a year. I have had no operational problems. Best features are the auto ignition for the main heaters and the slide out tray for cleaning. The only very minor problem is the door magnet keeps coming loose. Ways to enhance the product: 1. I would like to see the auto ignite feature also for the infrared burner rather than the old style starter. 2. It is impossible to keep the stainless steel grill grates looking clean. There is always some black char showing. Don't know if it is possible to have more of a non-stick surface or to simply have them come in black. Overall, this is a premium priced product. If it cost a bit less I would have given it a 5 star review. For the $$$, I am giving it a 4 star review due to the above issues.
