I was sceptical at first but thought I would give it a try and assumed it would take a few nights to see any results but that wasn't the case! They smell good, but they didn't actually make a difference in my son sleeping. He loves the stars though and gets happy when he sees them. But as far as a sleep aid, they didn't help. They just are pretty good smelling stickers now.

The sleep patch was a waste of time and money. I saw no improvement in sleep quality, and the patches were uncomfortable. Save your money and look for better sleep solutions!
