Bought to try on my very active 3 yr old and a 6 and 7 yr old grandchildren on Christmas night when they have been so over stimulated by the whole day would be alot ro handle. I was sceptical at first but thought I would give it a try and assumed it would take a few nights to see any results but that wasn't the case! First night my twins both for the first time said they wanted to go upstairs. It was around 40mins after putting the sticker on! They fell asleep so easily, they still woke mid of night for bottle but I guess that's habit but that has been one of the best sleep they have had. This is now part of our bedtime routine and just pleased I took the chance on this. Every child is different but feel really lucky it has worked well with my twins. Now on to ordering more as some nights they wanted more than one!

The sleep patch was a waste of time and money. I saw no improvement in sleep quality, and the patches were uncomfortable. Save your money and look for better sleep solutions!
