Great Bike!
Quality bike, 0 problems, I love it and a lot of people seem to think it looks great. Great fun. Kinda heavy, but that's ok.

Love my ebike!
Easy on and off bike. Plenty of power and speed. Folds up and easy to put in back of car. Love the fat tires, grips the dirt and gravel roads, makes you feel secure that you are not going to slide. Great to take with us on our camping trips. Comfortable to sit and ride.

Right bikes, Wrong chargers
I ordered 2 bikes and received the wrong charger for each one. They both also required adjusting of the brakes before riding. Support was quick to rectify the problem but very slow to answer when I asked a follow up question.

Pretty nice bike with poor customer service
I was told delivery would be May 5th. It arrived May 16th a little beat up by Fedex with either the wrong battery or charger. So far no response from customer service. I'll revise to 4 star if the issues are fixed within the next week.

Poor quality control- no refund as of 4-25-23
This bike had a total of 1 mile on it before it would randomly stop and shut down. Only way to resume was to turn off the power via key on the battery pack. We returned bike on 4-1-23 and have not received refund as of 4-25-23.
