[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #sweepstakes I love the look this foundation gives me, though do note that Siberia and Gobi colors are much closer to each other than in NARS' Light Reflecting foundation. I bought both as I usually mix them to get my perfect shade in the LR foundation, but found I could have just gone with Gobi in this foundation. A little goes a long way - I need maybe three drops for my entire face. Make sure your skincare routine includes proper moisturizing and exfoliation, as this foundation will definitely show if I've been slacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foundation is great but you really have to prep your skin properly. I start with a clean face and add my moisturizer to my dry cheek areas. Then I apply primer to my whole face. I use a different brand that's formulated for large pores. I also use the old discontinued original formula of Clinique pore filler around my nose and the cheek area near my nose where my pores are the biggest. Then after a few minutes I apply the foundation starting in the middle of my face and working outward. This is highly pigmented foundation and is great for evening out my Melasma. It also dries quickly so I apply with a buffing brush quickly and the use a damp blender sponge to even put and pickup excess foundation. This foundation can look cakey if put on too thick. I then apply a liquid blush with a damp blender. Then I bake my t zone with L'Oréal infallible finishing powder in pink. I use a light bronzer to add some warmth. Then I finish out the rest of my face and end with a near flawless airbrushed finish. I say near flawless because I do have some really dark spots near the apples of my cheeks that are impossible to cover completely without looking cakey I just love this foundation but it took me a some trial and error to find the right skin prep. #sweepstakes
