Nars Velvet Lip Glide Area 0.2 Ounce High-Pigment Semi-Matte Smooth Formula

This product, Velvet Lip Glide, in the online exclusive colour Deviant, is my go-to...and I really thought it was going to be way too dark, and too purply, for my skintone when I first bought it. Just bought my second one, plus one for a friend who is in love with it! Although this formulation (which smells great like a creamsicle) doesn't have super long wear, I'm satisfied - and this color leaves a bit of stain. LOVE.

I've worked my way through so many lip colours and thought "yes it's nice but it's not quite right" until I tried Bound in the velvet lip glide. It's just beautiful. It's not a colour that you would stare at someone wearing it, it's a colour that just suits my skin! I need to stock up...

I bought this around about a month ago now, and I have to say it's gorgeous. If you like old vibrant colours then this is for you! High quality lip stain that is a must in your makeup bag! If you aren't into a glossy finish though then this isn't the lippy for you x

Brought the shade "bound" and have been completely converted to the velvet Liquid over matte! So pigmented, creamy, comfortable and so addictive after applying!

The brown is dark enough for my lashes but also adds length to my lashes.

I honestly love this product so so much it is completely worth the money!! When applied it feels like a combination between a liquid lipstick and a gloss but has none of the sticky residue that some glosses have- it doesn't dry my lips out at all which is a big problem I have with many other big brand liquid lipsticks and lasted the WHOLE of my work shift with just a slight top up at lunch (8 hours). I am so impressed!!

This is my favourite lip product....it doesn't dry my lips at all and feels so comfortable. I love these and I love Bound! I just hope Nars might do more shades??!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After this shade being sold out everywhere for weeks finally managed to get my hands on it. The shade is perfect and the consistency is so comfortable and easy to wear. It's great layered over a liquid lipstick to make it more wearable. Only reason it's not 5 stars as it wears off quite quickly but if you don't mind reapplying then it's not a problem.

Product didnt last at all and bled terribly all around my mouth.
