While these do not stop my snoring completely, it does help to reduce the volume of my snores (I have sleep apnea and snore VERY loud). It also did help me feel better quicker while I was recovering from a nasty cold that I had and still have a few lingering effects from over the past month.

Will be brief: These are nasal strips to hold your nostrils open while you sleep so you can have the benefits of nasal breathing (additional step in air filtration and humidification of air while you sleep). These function well and stay well adhered during night. Like them very much As I also like the Breathe Right strips and the Equate strips. And before you ask how could they possibly be different—none of the 3 that I mentioned were a bit different but I ordered a box from the Walmart website of a brand from Asia that took a week to get and were like wearing nothing on my nose. So I am grateful when I try a new brand (so you don't have to) and nothing goes wrong.

These strips are amazing. My husband has been wearing these strips for a little over two weeks and no snoring. The strips once applied pulls your nasal passages open once placed across bridge of nose. My husband has not snored since. The only complaint I had was the strips do not last all night. They will loosen and have to be replaced throughout the night.
